Yes, all of our watches carry a minimum 1-year international warranty (see product warranty card for more info). Should your watch stop working within the warranty people for any reason whatsoever... simply contact us and we will either fix your watch or send you a replacement.
We ship to many world wide destinations including Canada, USA, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and parts of Asia.
For North American customers shipping is always free. For other parts of the world shipping starts at just $4.
Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for North American orders. Products shipping to the rest of the world are delivered by a local courier service, and usually take 7-15 business days to arrive. You'll receive a tracking number shortly after placing your order, so you can see exactly when it’s scheduled to arrive.
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return any full-priced items within 10 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused in original condition, with all original packaging.
We offer simple 10 days returns on all unused items in original packaging. Email us to receive an RMA number. A flat rate of $15USD will be deducted from your refund per watch and $3 per strap to cover handling and restocking.
If the strap has no damage or wear, send it back and we’ll send you another one - all you pay is shipping.
We will ship your watches by first class mail. All watches are shipped in their respective watch box and packaging that keeps them safe and in working condition.
It is better to hurry and make your purchases early as there are no guarantees we will keep a watch in production. Some models that are limited editions will only be produced in a finite quantity, so when they're sold out, they're sold out forever.
