RETURN POLICY

Any brand new, unused product can be returned for a full refund or store credit. Returns will only be accepted if the return shipment is processed at your local post office within 14 days from the date of delivery. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns with free shipping to cover the original cost of shipping. On international shipments where the shipping fee is higher than the restocking fee, original shipping fees will not be refunded. All items will need to be shipped to our return deport in Toronto, Canada at the cost of the customer (we do not provide return labels). In order to initiate a return please do the following:

3. Once posted, please contact support letting us know the tracking number of your incoming return.


RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?

If you have receive a damaged item, please reach out to our Customer Support and they will help resolve the issue.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will give you a return authorization number and a return address within 24 hours.

Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
